Refund Policy

Payment Structure

Our payment structure is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties. For most bathroom renovation projects, we require payment as follows:

Deposit: A 25% deposit is required to secure your project date and begin ordering materials. This deposit is non-refundable within 7 days of the scheduled project start date.
Material Payment: 40% payment upon material delivery to your property
Completion Payment: 35% payment upon project completion and final walkthrough

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation terms are designed to protect both parties:

More than 14 days before start: Full refund of deposit minus a $100 administrative fee
7-14 days before start: 50% refund of deposit
Less than 7 days before start: Deposit is non-refundable
After work has commenced: No refunds available; payment for work completed is required

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our workmanship, we will return to address any issues at no additional cost within 30 days of project completion.

This guarantee covers installation quality and does not extend to damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or issues arising from factors beyond our control such as foundation settling or existing home conditions.

Material Returns

Once materials have been delivered to your property or installed, they cannot be returned for refund. We recommend selecting materials carefully during the design phase to avoid this situation.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about any aspect of our work or billing, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue. Our goal is to ensure every customer is completely satisfied with our service.

In the rare event that a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, we agree to participate in mediation before pursuing any legal action.
