Services and Estimates
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes and estimates provided by Bath, Tile And Carpet are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified. Prices may be subject to change based on material availability, scope changes, or unforeseen conditions discovered during project execution.
Service Scope
Work will be performed as described in the signed contract between you and Bath, Tile And Carpet. Any additional work not included in the original scope will require a separate agreement and may incur additional charges.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be specified in your individual service contract. Generally, we require:
- A deposit to secure project scheduling
- Progress payments for larger projects
- Final payment upon completion before final walkthrough
We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards. Finance options may be available for qualified customers through our lending partners.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that circumstances may require changes to your project schedule. We kindly request:
- At least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
- Deposits may be non-refundable for cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled work
- We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or other uncontrollable circumstances
Warranty and Guarantees
Bath, Tile And Carpet guarantees our workmanship for a period of two years from project completion. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and will be documented at the time of selection. This warranty covers defects in installation but does not cover damage caused by misuse, normal wear, or third-party modifications.
Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about your property and project requirements
- Ensure access to the work area at scheduled times
- Remove valuables and fragile items from the work area before work begins
- Inform us of any known hazards, asbestos, lead paint, or other environmental concerns
- Maintain reasonable communication throughout the project
Limitation of Liability
Bath, Tile And Carpet's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for our services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of profits, or any other losses arising from our services or website.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, are the property of Bath, Tile And Carpet and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Vermont. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bennington County, Vermont.
